Our Story
My love for cheesecake started as a kid when my mom brought home Sara Lee cheesecakes. I’d sneak a slice in the middle of the night—it was that good. Years later, I baked my first one from scratch, and my family couldn’t stop talking about it. That’s when I knew I had something special.
My family started raving about how good my cheesecake was and said they’d gladly pay for something that tasted that good. Their excitement and support became the motivation for me to turn my passion into a business. I started experimenting with different flavors to stand out, and the idea to make them into cupcakes came from something I saw my best friend do.
Now that I’m a parent, baking has become something my daughter and I share—especially during the holidays. She loves watching me in the kitchen and proudly takes on the role of taste tester. The love we share for cheesecake is the same love I want to give to others.
